He produces and directs live events of all scales, from focused executive webinars to large-scale international conferences, delivering broadcast-standard results whether working remotely or on-site.
With an extensive muti-year background in live studio directing and vision mixing in live news and magazine shows for the BBC, Dean is perfectly placed for taking these key skills into the live-stream environment. Along with these production skills, Dean also has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of multi-camera and multi-remote-guest live-streams, webinars and virtual events.
His primary live production platform is vMix, one of the most powerful and flexible professional live streaming tools available. He also sometimes delivers remote virtual event production with StreamYard for specific formats and client requirements. From multi-camera switching and graphics management to remote guest handling and simultaneous stream distribution, Dean’s technical command of these platforms is matched by his directorial instinct for pacing, storytelling and audience engagement.
